Kenneth T. Parady, attended Ferris State University, and Michigan State University and was a Fortune 500 Executive, spending time with a Sweden international capital corporation. Mr. Parady was a college basketball, football official for twenty years and had an interest in helping the student/athlete gain scholarship monies from the $2.5 Billion that goes unused each year.
While living in Newport Beach, California, Mr. Parady was highly successful in placing over 300 high school athletes from around the country into full or partial scholarships. Selecting only high academic, excellent character athletes, and evaluated by Dr. Tutkos (AIM) inventory the results were included in the Athletic Resume. The attitude assessment created interest from college coaches along with a strong interest from parents who were interested in a neutral analysis of their athletes athletic mental attitudes.
After five years of study, The Mental Game Plan was born.
